Adapted from the 1924 book La vie et la Passion de Dodin-Bouffant, Gourmet by Marcel Rouff, Vietnamese-French auteur, Tran Anh Hung (The Scent of Green Papaya) delivers a sumptuous feast of romance and decadence.
