Buzz, Woody, and the gang are back as Andy heads off to Cowboy Camp, leaving his toys to their own devices. Things shift into high gear when Al McWhiggin, the obsessive toy collector and owner of Al's Toy Barn, kidnaps Woody where he meets other prized toys in Al's collection and discovers he is a highly valuable collectible from a 1950s TV show called "Woody's Roundup." With Woody in danger, the rest of Andy's toys mount a daring rescue mission, and Woody has to decide where he and his heart truly belong.
