The Iowa City community is invited to a special First Round event at FilmScene at the Chauncey on Wednesday, March 27, at 5:00 p.m. to celebrate Downtown Iowa City's Cultural & Entertainment District. This gathering will give you the opportunity to meet the creative minds behind our creative community and is ultimately a celebration of the visionary venues and people that have helped to place our Downtown on the map.

The First Round event, presented by the Iowa City Downtown District, will include a Q&A with Melinda Pradarelli (MELD), John Schickedanz (The Englert Theatre), and Tammie Walker (University of Iowa School of Music).
