Hao Zhou is an independent filmmaker and photographer from Nanchuan District in Chongqing, China. Across mediums, Hao focuses on narratives with experimental, playful tendencies. Hao’s work has been screened at numerous international festivals, with awards or nominations at the Berlinale, Hong Kong, Black Movie (Geneva), Nara, Dong Film Fest, Queer Lisboa, China Independent, and others.
